Original art by Toronto illustrator Lorraine Tuson features prominently in this in-room dining menu for Rosewood’s iconic Mansion on Turtle Creek in Dallas. The versatile composition and typography design were developed as a program for use at other Rosewood properties including bilingual versions (see below) in keeping with their corporate philosophy, Sense of Place. Editorial style captions were written throughout to highlight local ingredients or promote specific items.

Rich photography coordinates throughout with local Arabic dishes, Asian specialties and a unique caviar menu for this ultra luxurious property with six culinary venues.
